  Did you know you can select TEXT as the delivery method for FACTS Payment Reminders? FACTS Text Services allows you to receive information about your account via SMS text message to your mobile phone. You must OPT-IN for this service.

  1.    Log into FACTS Family Portal
  2.    Select Family from the menu on the left.
  3.    Select Go To FACTS. Your FACTS Payment Plan Home screen will appear.
  4.    Select My Profile from the menu at the top.
  5.    In the Communication Settings section, choose Edit.
  6.    Select the link to sign up for text services.
  7.    Verify your mobile number.
  8.    Check the box for Text Services and select Register.
  9.    Enter the Confirmation Number sent to your phone and select Confirm.

  Would you like to view the school calendar on your mobile device? Our calendar contains the most up-to-date information. Just follow these steps to subscribe:

  • Go to the school calendar page here: www.whca-k12.org/whca-family/calendar.cfm
  • If using a mobile device, turn it sideways for a wider view.
  • Click on the iCAL icon.
  • From the pop-up, choose your calendar app or manually copy and paste the url into your calendar app.
